40K Lumens
40K Lumens
The ASIO X is equipped with a powerful 40K lumen lighting system, providing unique visibility in even the darkest and most confined spaces. The lighting system is designed to produce a wide beam of light that evenly illuminates the inspection area, eliminating shadows and dark spots. This allows you to see even the smallest details, such as cracks, corrosion, and other defects. In addition, the lighting system is adjustable, so you can customize the brightness and intensity of the light to suit your specific needs.
Gas Detection
Gas Detection
The ASIO drone comes with an integrated gas detection payload, allowing you to safely and quickly identify and monitor hazardous gases in confined spaces. This helps to protect your workers and ensure their safety. The gas detection payload is equipped with a variety of sensors that can detect a wide range of hazardous gases, such as H2S, CO, O2 The sensors boast exceptional accuracy. You can be confident you’re getting the most precise data available.

LiDAR Payload
LiDAR Payload
The ASIO drone is equipped with a Lidar system, which provides 3D maps of your inspection area. This allows you to create precise and detailed maps of tube like environments, which can be used for planning, navigation, and data analysis. The integrated Lidar system is designed to be the highest standards, so you can be confident that you are getting the most accurate information possible.
Flight Stability
Flight Stability
The ASIO drone is equipped with an advanced flight stabilization system, which ensures smooth and stable flight even in turbulent conditions. This allows you to capture high-quality data and images, no matter the conditions. that The combination of sensors used ensures that the drone remains stable and level, even when flying in close proximity to obstacles or in dark and dust-filled environments.
Longest Flight Time
Longest Flight Time
The ASIO drone has a long flight time of up to 20 minutes, giving you plenty of time to complete your inspection. This helps to reduce downtime and increase productivity. The long flight time is made possible by the drone’s unique propulsion system and ultra-lightweight design. The long flight time reduces the load on the pilot, optimizing pilot experience and reducing error, as well as allowing for high-quality data capture.
Easy to Pilot
Easy to Pilot
The ASIO drone is designed to be easy to fly, even for beginners. With its intuitive controls and user-friendly interface, you can be up and flying in no time. The drone is equipped with a variety of flight modes that make it easy to control, even in challenging conditions. In addition, the drone comes with a variety of safety features that help to prevent incidents.
Robust Cage
Robust Cage
The ASIO drone is built with a robust cage that protects it from damage in even the most challenging environments. This ensures that your drone is always ready to fly, and stays in flight, no matter the conditions. The cage is made of a lightweight and extremely durable material that can withstand impacts and scratches. In addition, the cage is designed to be quickly and easily removed, providing easy access to the drone’s internal components, and making it easy to repair or replace parts if needed.
Cloud-based platform for intelligent asset management
Cloud-based platform for intelligent asset management
ASIO Connect streamlines inspection data workflows with a secured cloud-based platform built for efficiency and collaboration. Its advanced 3D visualization system supports point clouds, textured meshes, and CAD models, enabling users to explore data in a rich geolocated spatial context. By navigating through detailed 3D visualizations, teams can better analyze and interpret inspection results, leading to clearer insights and more accurate assessments. The platform is open and able to digest indoor and outdoor data from drones, robots, crawlers, or submersible UAVs. Data segregation allows Inspection Service Providers to store data for multiple customers.

ASIO X Drone: FAQs
ASIO X, the controller with integrated screen, 3 batteries, a dual charger with adapted connectors, two spare sets of propellers, a toolkit with spare zip-ties, a T6 screwdriver, a high-visibility jacket and a QR code giving access to all documentation and the Flybotix portal.
Yes, with its integrated IMU, radar, VIO cameras and optical sensors mounted all around, it can determine its position and movement in a confined space environment – it uses that data instead of GPS for its own stabilization.
Yes, but it is applicable under ideal conditions. With full lights enabled, flight time will be reduced by 2 minutes. Other conditions, like wind, can further reduce the flight time – but in general conditions, 20 minutes can be realistically achieved.
Yes. ASIO X is equipped with a forward-facing, orientable, LiDAR with an opening of 106° horizontally and 86° vertically. The gimbal on which the LiDAR is mounted can be tilted 90° up and down, giving full coverage in the vertical plane. If the entire space needs to be covered, the pilot will have to fly through the environment.
On the hardware side, the ASIO X has been equipped with an orientable LiDAR, VIO cameras and radar have been added for enhanced stabilization even in very low visibility environments, the lighting has been increased from 8K lumen to 40K lumen, a gas sensor has been mounted on the ASIO X and the cage has been made 3 times as robust from the previous cage.
On the software side, mapping accuracy has been increased and AI and cloud features have been included, making it an extremely powerful tool for post-processing.
